All glorification and adoration are due solely for Almighty Allah, the cause of sorrow and joy. لا ملجأ من الله الا اليه
This is another important post which everyone of us need.
Month of Safar in Islam is a notable one to every conscious Muslim, not for any other thing but for what happens in the month. During the jahiliyah period, it is was known as month of sorrow, ascribing sorrow to the month instead of ascribing it to Allah SWT.
The Sahaba RTA asked the messenger of Allah concerning the month, he said all happening belong to Allah.
But, when we go through history we will discover that the month is when Allah SWT do befall calamity on humanity. It is the month Adam AS was sent out of Janat, Yusuf AS was thrown in the well, flood wiped out every soul on earth surface except Noah and his people in canoe, Ayuba AS fell sick, Ibrahim as was thrown into fire, to mention but few.
This is one of the prayers recommended by our great Ullamaha.
(بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ)
DUA'A ON THE LAST WEDNESDAY OF SAFAR
Observe *four (4) raka't* of nafila with one (1) salama.
In each raka't recite:
Fatihatul Kitaab - (1) / (١) ﻓﺎﺗﺤﺔﺍﻟﻜﺘﺎﺏ *
Suratul Kauthar (17) / (١٧) ﺳﻮﺭﺓﺍﻟﻜﻮﺛﺮ *
Suratul Ikhlas (5) / (٥) ﺳﻮﺭﺓﺍﻹﺧﻼﺹ *
Suratul Falaq (1) / (١) ﺳﻮﺭﺓﺍﻟﻔﻠﻖ *
Suratul Nas (1) / (١) ﺳﻮﺭﺓﺍﻟﻨﺎﺱ *
After *salama* recite
* (وَاللَّهُ غَالِبٌ عَلَىٰ أَمْرِهِ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ) - (٣٦٠)
Wallahu Galibun ala amrihi wala Kina aksara Nasi La Ya'alamun (360)
Jawharatul Kamal (3) / (٣) ﺟﻮﻫﺮﺓﺍﻟﻜﻤﺎﻝ *
* (سُبْحَانَ رَبِّكَ رَبِّ الْعِزَّةِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ وَسَلَامٌ عَلَى الْمُرْسَلِينَ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ) - ١
The following *verses* of the Qur'an should be written and drink on that day:
١. (سَلَامٌ عَلَيْكُمْ بِمَا صَبَرْتُمْ ۚ فَنِعْمَ عُقْبَى الدَّارِ)
[Surat Ar-Ra'd 24]
٢. (سَلَامٌ عَلَىٰ نُوحٍ فِي الْعَالَمِينَ)
[Surat As-Saaffat 79]
٣. (سَلَامٌ عَلَىٰ إِبْرَاهِيمَ)
[Surat As-Saaffat 109]
٤. (سَلَامٌ عَلَىٰ مُوسَىٰ وَهَارُونَ)
[Surat As-Saaffat 120]
٥. (سَلَامٌ عَلَىٰ إِلْ يَاسِينَ)
[Surat As-Saaffat 130]
٦. (سَلَامٌ عَلَيْكُمْ طِبْتُمْ فَادْخُلُوهَا خَالِدِينَ)
[Surat Az-Zumar 73]
٧. (سَلَامٌ قَوْلًا مِنْ رَبٍّ رَحِيمٍ)
[Surat Ya-Seen 58]
٨. (سَلَامٌ هِيَ حَتَّىٰ مَطْلَعِ الْفَجْرِ)
[Surat Al-Qadr 5]
May Allah protect us against all evil (Aaaaamin)
وصلي الله علي حبيبنا وسيدنا محمد وآله واصحابه وعلينا معهم اجمعين
